We offer compassionate, evidence-based lactation support for families at every stage of their breastfeeding journey. Our team includes a Community Breastfeeding Specialist and a Certified Lactation Specialist who is also a Lactation Peer Counselor, providing both professional expertise and trusted community-based care.
Our lactation services include prenatal breastfeeding education, latch and positioning support, milk supply concerns, pumping and returning-to-work guidance, and help navigating common breastfeeding challenges. We provide judgment-free, personalized lactation care focused on your goals—so you can feel confident, supported, and informed every step of the way.
Prenatal Education
Prenatal breastfeeding support helps you feel informed, prepared, and confident before your baby arrives. During pregnancy, we focus on education, realistic expectations, and personalized guidance so you can begin your feeding journey with clarity and support. By addressing questions and concerns ahead of time, prenatal support helps lay a strong foundation for a smoother start to breastfeeding.
Breastfeeding
Postpartum breastfeeding support offers guidance and reassurance during the immediate postpartum period, the early days at home, and every stage that follows. We provide hands-on support for latch and positioning, help with common challenges, and encouragement as new questions arise. No matter where you are in your breastfeeding journey, support is available to help you feel confident and supported along the way.
Pumping & Bottle Feeding
Pumping and bottle feeding support helps you feel confident and informed as you navigate feeding your baby. We provide guidance on proper pump use, fit, and techniques, safe milk storage, and proper bottle-feeding methods. Support is also available for transitioning back to work or establishing a routine that works for your family.
